When Katrina was born I thought I needed the best of the best...boy was I mistaken. I bought all the Avent items...EVERYTHING I even ordered a few things from England...Of course I ended up with a child who could have cared less what I gave her...and actually perfered the gerber stuff..Next time...I'll know better...LOL

Just wondering what you guys used...

For bottles, only Dr Browns. I started Jaxon on them for his colic because the Avent and all the Playtex bottles made the colic worse. We switched and never looked back. I just used them from day one with Shelby because they worked so well with Jaxon. She loved them and took right to them. Will be reusing them again with Hunter!

I used Playtes with disposible liners at first with both boys but now use Vent Aire natural shape, cause it holds more.

I used evenflo for makaila and the boys avent. I only ever bought three of each size so i just washed alot. The evenflo were cheap so it was no big deal if we lost one.

I was in love with the Playtex Vent Air until they started leaking on me. Then I read on-line that they leak if you put them together before being fully dry, so I made sure they were fully dry but they STILL leak. If it wasn't for the leaking, that'd be my #1 bottle. I really liked them when she was an infant and got gassy easy. Even though I have a leaking problem, I will probably get new ones of these for the next baby for when he's a newborn...

Since they do leak though, we use the Muchkin Tri-Flow bottles. The nipples were fast for her at first, but once we started adding rice cereal for her acid reflux, they worked great.

Honestly though, DD doesn't care and will take any bottle/nipple. Now that she doesn't really need the vent air part, I only care that the bottle is angled....

I mainly used Dr. Brown's bottles and loved them! She never had gas or spit up. I also used Avent and they were ok. As she got older and moved away from so many formula bottles I didn't really care what I used.

both my kids were breastfed but as for products etc-I swore by Johnson & Johnsons ONLY with my son! With dd, it was so much more laid back

Avent...We tried others (Parents Choice, Playtex, Dr. Browns), but Avent just seems to work best.

For bath time- Aveeno products. I tried the Johnson & Johnson and the Aveeno just seems to be better for her skin (also smells good- Lavendar & Vanilla)

Diapers- Target brand

As far as bottles I use some Avent and mostly Platex Premium Nursers with the drop in liners. I LOVE the Platex bottles and they really helped my second 2 with gas.

I go between Aveeno, Mustela and huggies baby washes. The boys have VERY sensitive skin.

Diapers, I will only use Pampers Swaddlers until they are size 3 and then I will only use Pampers Cruisers. They are both streatchy and the only kind I've never had leak problems with, so I stick with them.

Baby Bottles- Avent because I have an Avent Isis Breast Pump and it makes it so much easier.

Baby Wash- Huggies, it's gentler than the J&J.

Diapers- Luvs. The generics gave the kids rashes and all the others leaked. We are going to do cloth for the remainder of Gwen's diaper days and for the new baby.

I loved the Playtex with the pre-formed disposable liners. Jer loved the nipples on those and I loved the cleanup! :giggle
He also loved the Nuby brand with the teething nipples... he loved those bottles and they were so cheap! :D
I aslo used the Playtex Vent Air ones with the crook necks... but dang those things are a pain to mix formula in at 2 am! :lol

Diapers~ I used the Swaddlers till he was in a size 3 I think then started using the Huggies Supremes. Then they went and changed them sooo I went to the cruisers till I put him in pull-ups. Now that he is so close to being potty trained I use the Pampers Feel and Learn with the new wet liners! :yes
Bath Time~ J&J bed time lotion bath for washing and the regular lavender wash to make the bubbles in the tub! And J&J lavender shampoo for his hair and lavender powder for his shiny hiney! I love lavender ;)
