I've seen and heard different things about wheather the recruits can have cell phones in Basic Training. On ArmyBasic.org, one person said that they can have cell phones and use them after the "Red Phase" is over and after they qualify BRM=Basic Rifle Man. I'm not sure and have been trying and trying to do some research...but I wanted some opinions of wheather my husband should or shouldn't take his cell phone just in case that is true.
