my husband is currently in japan. And he is wanting to get me over there with him. He got his papers before we were married that he was being stationed there. And at the time it said that family could not accompany him cause he was single. Well is there any way for me to go now that we are married???:thinkin

I think he has to apply for you to get there. My friend who just came from there said it was something like that. I am sure I am using the worng wording though.

he can ask if the command will sponsor you but with the money being tight I personally wouldn't hold my breath.

He can request command sponsorship for you. DH was in Guam when we got married so I wasn't on his orders. Should he NOT get sponsorship for you you would have to leave Japan every three months or so to get your visa for there renewed.
