Does anyone have any recommendations on colleges near Everrett, Washington? Dh just got stationed there so I have to hurry up and transfer:whew

University of Wa.
Everett Community College

Depends on what kind of school you are looking for. The University of Washingto and Seattle University are great schools if you are looking for a university.

For community colleges, Everett Community College is very close to base (just a few miles or less away). I took online classes at North Seattle Community College and got great instruction from there, so I guess it's more personal preference. North Seattle Community College is part of the Seattle Community College District, which has a few schools, so you can take classes at any of them. There is also Shoreline Community College which is about 10-15 miles south, but there are a lot of variety there. My sister took sign language classes the University of Washington didn't offer in the summer... HTH

I'm majoring in biology and plan to get my doctorate in physical therapy so I'm looking for university. Do you know how far univ of wash is from everett by chance?

I have nothing to add about college but wanted to say hi. We are moving there this fall.

My daughter goes to the University of Wa. She commutes from Lake Stevens which is about ten minutes from Everett... It is not that bad of a drive. She take the bus from one of the exits off I-5.
