how is the whole cloth diapering thing going? i've been tossing the idea back and forth for my next if i get to be a sAHM

We ran out of materials to make the diapers and I just got all my fabric back from Fabrite, so we haven't exactly started using them yet because I needed more stuff! We're pretty much just using up the newborn disposables we have at the moment and when they are gone, I should have all the diapers I need for Kilian done...well, until he outgrows them!
He has froggies too! :giggle I also have material with trucks on them, but I need to go get more to send in to get the PUL put on them.

If you are making AIO's it doesn't matter about the velcro. With the pockets it only matters on the tummy velcro. I always do my velcro last. When Dylan potty trains i'll donate his dipes that are in good condition to you. :D

Ohh and I love the fabric, that is too cute.

do they work the same as disposable? do you change them the same etc? when the soil..you just rinse them off and throw them in the washer? how many do you need to start out?

Pretty much, yes- the same.

Rinse off, wash in hot water and 1/2 the amount of detergent.

I'll have 14 little diapers for Kilian when they are done.
