My name is Tracie, my boyfriend of over a year has been in the Navy for 17 years now. I found this site and hope it will help me get through the next couple of years, until he retires. He' will be leaving home soon and i'm so afraid. Thanks for listening.....

I'm 33 years old and Chris and I live in Maine. His time is up here in March. I wont be going with him because we have a home and I have two children. This will be the first time i'm away from him. He's been in the Navy for 17 years and is due to retire when his 20 years are up. He's used to moving and being away from loved one's but, i'm not. I feel like my world is slowly closing in around me. I love him with all my heart and to face what's coming is very very difficult for me.
