UPSIDE DOWN PEACH CAKE
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
Fresh peach slices
Peach halves
1 yellow, white or spice cake mix
Melt butter in 13 x 9 inch pan. Sprinkle brown sugar over butter. Arrange peach slices and pecan halves over mixture. Pour prepared cake mix over all and bake in 350 degree oven for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool 5 minutes and invert onto cake platter.
Also great with canned or fresh apples and walnuts *use spice cake mix* or blueberries and almonds *Use white cake mix*
