At what age did your kids start crawling? Just curious...db's daughter is almost 8 months old and she's almost up on all 4 crawling I'm sooo proud of her because before she came here for visits when she was 4 and a half months old she couldn't hold her own head up :(

Thats about average. :dunno some crawl sooner some crawl later... same with walking and most of the other "big" milestones of early childhood. You cant judge one child by anothers milestones :dunno

Zach was 6-7 months when he started crawling forwards, he'd been crawling backwards for a good month or so at that time. He just recently started walking at 10 months.

Alex started crawling at 7 months and walking at 9 months. Cameron started crawling at 7 months and walking at 10 months. Wyatt is not crawling yet but he's getting there.

Lexi was 7 1/2 months and JD was 5 1/2 months. I am hoping Sarah waits until after Christmas :teehee

Hailey was just shy of 7 months when she started crawling. She's 11 months today (since it's Sunday now my time) and has really been actually walking this past week. She took 20 steps today and that's the most she's taken at one time so far....

At around 6 months Riley did military style, a little under 7 months old to start actually cruising around on all fours! :nutts But as Apryl said, each child is different. Riley was fast to crawl, but slow to sit up. Fast to sleep through the night, but still struggles to hold his own bottle... so each one is different. :)
