This may just be an old person thing, but is it ok to do so? My sister said that she thought it wasn't safe. I asked if one of my aunts told her that, but she can't remember. I don't want to take their word for it though. They think women shouldn't raise their arms above their heads when they're pregnant. Any word from the doc on this? I don't understand what could be wrong with it.

I never rode a bike because I was too afraid that I would fall and hurt the baby.

Big No No. Your balance is off....you could end up falling off the bike, hurting yourself and the baby...
