we've been putting shelby down in her toddler bed for all of her naps this week and she is actually sleeping much BETTER than she did in the crib! :cp

I'm totally shocked. When I hear her moving around up there, I'll go up and check on her and she'll just be turning over and going back to sleep. :yahoo When she would wake up in the crib, she'd usually start fussing or yelling for me to come and get her.

We haven't done night time in the toddler bed just yet but she is adjusting wonderfully for nap times! I think at the end of the week we will probably start working on night time. She is such a sweet, good natured, easy going little girl. :lovestruck :cloud9

We did cold turkey with Jaxon also. We just took the crib down and that was the end of that :lol Shelby is a little more attached to the crib than Jaxon was though, so I'm moving her gradually to see how she does and hoping we won't lose too much sleep when we start night time in there :rofl I feel bad for kicking her out of the crib but Hunter's going to need it eventually and she's so easy going that I didn't figure it would be too much of a problem. I think she'd actually do okay if we did cold turkey with her, but I'm testing the waters before we attempt nights and thank god she seems to be doing great with it! Jaxon never had a single problem with his transition. We took down the crib, put him in his toddler bed and aside from him getting up and going to the door for the first few nights, he did pretty well. I think we'll switch her over on Friday night :yes
