Okay, the houses on either side of DH and I have both gone up for rent. If anyone knows of anyone that is looking to rent a house in Jax let me know...It's in Murray Hill and like 10 min from NAS. It's a nice quiet street and there are a LOT of kiddos running around(in a good way :)) the houses right around us. We need good neighbors...The one house next to us has had two evictions since we've moved in :shock It's not the landlord either, because it's our landlord too :) Let me know if any of ya'll know anyone!!

We totally need good ones too this time...the last ones our landlord put in there were just weird...Kind of a good thing they were evicted...he just needs to get good ones in there!

I used to live in Murray Hill :cp then we moved over here to Kernan because it was supposedly a :quote better :quote neighborhood. We are planning on moving back to Riverside next year, too boring over here for us :lmao. If any of my friends are in the market for renting, I'll let you know. Someone's always moving in or out in my little posse.

how big are they..and how much are they renting for?

I know one is a 2 br 1 ba, that's the one that is owned by our landlord...It's like $950/mo or around there. The other one I'm thinking is bigger...probably a 3 br and it has a pretty nice sized back yard. I can call the number and check though if you know anyone that might be interested :)
