A good art easel for a toddler? We want to get Ethan one for his bday or Xmas since he LOVES art so much and I think it'd be easier to stand up with it in front of him. But I am having trouble finding one. Anyone have one they just rave about??

Do not get the one from IKEA. It looked really cool and we bought it for dd and it fell apart and we had to throw it away.

We just got the crayola one for Paige. It's got a chalkboard on one side and a dry erase on the other.

Here's a pic of her with it

It has little holders too for the pens or chalk or whatever, and there's a hook on either side to put up a big pad of paper (as you can probably see ;) )

Becca I really like that one. We might look into a couple of those once we move for our kiddos.

Paige likes it too! :yes We got it at toysrus but there doesn't seem to be a pic of it on their website. It was pretty much mid-range cost wise. It wasn't the cheapest and it DEFINATELY wasn't the most expensive. They had freakin' toddler easels for $100!! I think it was $30 or $40.

Thanks for the info! Umm yeah no way am I spending 100 bucks on something like that. Maybe a ride on powered bike but not an easel :giggle. I will have to check out toys r us on payday. I am really trying to get most of Ethans shopping done ahead of time so I can focus on everything else and everyone else. Although we ALL know I will pick up little things here and there for him throughout the season :lol
