The Pedi's always tell me it doens't matter which you do first...

I think I did applesauce for Alex first and I did sweet potatoes first for Cameron. he would NEVER eat anything besides fruit though. I tried veggies everyday and he would not ever eat them.

Wyatt I gave him carrots first.

They both had applesauce first I believe. Didn't matter for Hayden fruits or veggies first, he wasn't fond of baby food the first few tries.

We always started out with veggies. I didn't want them to get used to the sweet taste of fruits.

Zach never got canned baby food. The first thing we did that wasn't the baby oatmeal or rice was regular applesauce, then green beans and then bananas I think.

For Timmy it was plain cereal and then cereal and bananas....his first veggie was peas followed quickly by sweet potatoes!! He loved the orangy veggies best!!
Miss Q was the same with the cereal...never really liked the jar foods..she hated the texture..LOL, for her it was mostly table food...she was WAY advanced in her eating stages!
