Dh and I were talking today and decided that since Dillan had been our number one girl choice for a long time and because it is such a popular name we don't want to use it for our baby boy. As of right now our baby's name is going to be Merric James. I have liked that name since I worked at a daycare 4 years ago and there was a boy there with that name. A few of our family members don't like it but they didn't like Zandir's name when we picked it either. We like it so thats all that really matters.

I was changing my son's name if he was going to be a girl, all the time, including while I was being induced. Good luck. i like the new name.

Neither do we :) His side hated the name Zaccuriah when we first picked it out and were even less crazy about Nikolai but as long as you like it who cares.
