Did you dress your family pets up in your doll clothing?


I had a cat named Kitcat *yes its sooo original* I used my doll clothing on her from the time I was about 3 until I was in about the 3rd grade. :lol

Yes, my old cat Barney looked lovely in some of my old baby dresses. He had a bonnet too.

I wish I had pictures of mine..... My parents just werent that into taking pictures. In todays digital age... I take pictures when George :poop :lol

I dont remember doing that but I think my sisters did... and one halloween they dyed our dogs fur pink. It was the washout ones and she looked so cute. :giggle

I didn't have a carriage. Barney rode in style in my sister's plastic grocery cart.

Yea it was a very light pink color... she had really white fur but I guess they werent going for hot pink. :giggle I dyed my hair blue once but since I had blonde hair at the time it turned out green. :shock I went as a witch that year. :lol

I used to paint my dog's nails too. HOT Pink!

We have a picture of Molly (our old dog) with sunglasses and a hawaiian shirt on with a lei over her head. Sooo funny.

No. The cat I had as a young child would have scratched my face off if I would have tried to dress her up. She could be a rather mean cat, she was pretty wild. The dog I had when I was younger would have knocked me over, no way I could get her to sit still long enough to get anything on her. My gerbil wouldn't have fit ;).

The pets I had after that I was too old to want to dress them.
