How long did it take all of you to get pregnant???

I am a worry wart and so scared that it won't happen right away.

With Morissa it took over a year....but I didn't know about counting days back then....
With my pregnancy loss...it took one month! I was shocked with how quickly we got pregnant.
We are now trying again....one month down...better luck this month..

I was off of bc for a month when we got pregnant.

We started in August, found out we were pregnant in September, had a miscarriage in October, and found out we were pregnant again in Jan!!!!:wow

I would not worry until it has been over a year.:hugs

wow i hope i get it done in a month it will be perfect. i haven't ever used bc so that is not a worry.

last time we were pregnant our first time together, and used the same precautions for two years and nothing.

Savannah and Gabe are bc babies. Chris we were trying for, took 2 years

its not that, i just worry because we m/c once and I don't want it to take forever, I have already been waiting for two yearrs for this to happen, i am impatient.

my ex h and I were having sex for 3 months while I was on the pill when we got pregnant with Ethan. I got off of birth control pills to try to get pregnant with Elizabeth and it took us 3 months for that. For Emilee, df and I were having sex for 3 months when I got pregnant AGAIN on the pill.

Dh and I got pregnant the second time we tried. (which was three months after the first time) I had been off BC for three months before we tried the first time, but I really think the timing was just all wrong that time.

we only have 4 tries before he deploys again, that is if her can get back from this one on time. i just want it before he deploys, then i will be happy. i don't want to have to stop trying for 5 months, that will suck

I was like that with Morissa. I stressed out about it too much.....when stresses changed from trying to have a baby to moving overseas, BAM....baby.

well he should be home 3 days before i ovulate (cd 20) so lets jsut hope all the getting together will be bennificial.

if it is anything like last time, we will be doing it for a month straight.

About 5 yrs...with Katrina my first who is two now. And about a year to get pregnant with this one...now mind you in that there was a 7mo deployment...but I was off the pill long before he left...just don't remember how long.

I passed by my DH in the hall and got preggo.....

I got pregnant one yr after I started having sex. For my second one, it was about the same. They're a little over a yr and a half apart.

Breanna: He was using the pull out method. He didn't pull out one time and I got pg. When we found out I was pg we went back and looked at when we had sex and that was the only time that fit in the time frame that I could have gotten pg.

Johnny: We didn't use protection for a total of 3 months but we tried for 2 of those months before getting pg.

This baby: We haven't used protection since having Johnny so 10 months.

6 weeks.

With my son it took me 9.5 years. I didnt know there was a problem at first and then Ijust kept trying to let nature take its course. When I finally got the help of a dr it took us our first try. Thats why I ALWAYS tell people to NOT be ashamed to go to the Dr iof its been over a year of trying. They really DO help ya! My problem is I have PCOS and I wasnt ovulating. Once that was established and I was given the right med combo boom..My son came! (L)

It took us a year.. but all that trying sure was fun!!! LOL

With my daughter it took 2 months. Now we have been TTC for 5 yrs for a second child :sadeyes

with the miscarriage it happened in about 3 weeks.. we were trying.

It took us one month both times that we tried and Sarah is our surprise so I really do not know how to count that.

we got pregnant when he thought he pulled out in time, and it was one of the first times we were together. So I hope it happens fast this time. I am so excited

It took us 7 months once I got off the pill. I seemed to think we were thinking too hard about it. Because as soon as we went to my parents for Christmas vacation, BAM....I ended up preggo....hehe!

I hate to tell, pretty much only takes one shot here if it's timed right :neutral .

With my ds it took me about 8 months from when I stopped my pills
Wasn't trying with dd, I was on the pill, but my son was 8 when I conceived

I wasn't on bc control for about 11 months. We never got pregnant. When we got close to him going to boot camp, I went on birth control, so I wouldn't get pregnant, and I got pregnant, my first month back on birth control.

With Ericka it took 11 months after we got married to conceive. With Nathan it took a year and a half. For some reason I think I can only get pregnant in Nevada!

So, they say that birth control pills are 98% protective, but looking at how many ladies got pregnant on the pill, just in this forum, makes me kinda nearvous. I have been very consistent with the pill for 4 years now. I don't want to get pregnant until my DB can be home for the full pregancy and birth.

I was on it for 4 yrs too with no scares! Don't be scared. :D
