What are you feeling about it?
Do you support it?
Do you not support it, but of course support the troops?
Never supported it, none of it?
Etc....

OOOOOOOH What a touchy subject ;)
Ok, here's my stance on it...
I was for the war, and I still support it and of course the troops. We did what we were set to do. I still like Bush, BUT there are a few things he has done that I'm not too pleased with, but I can tell you that I sure as hell couldn't do his job, so I do think he's doing the best he can. Now, I personally feel they should finish up the job. They need to try and make it stable enough for the new Iraqi government to take the reins. I think it would be a HUGE mistake if we left now. If we left now, the insurgents would take over and it actually would be dangerous for us here. Also, those men and women would have died in vain if we leave now.
I also want to metion that I do know the media is doing nothing but pointing out the negative about this war. Mainly because they hate Bush. Bush=Republicans, Media=Liberal. For some odd reason, I think if this were Clinton, there would be a outpouring of support for him, but that's a whole other topic. No one said war is fun, and I hate war, but I know our guys are doing a lot of good over there and you never hear that reported on the news. Since my husband will be heading there in less than a month, I am going to be supporting him and this war 100%. I find it bothersome when someone can say they support the war, but not the troops. It's one or the other in my book.

I support the president in his decision to oust Sadaam Hussein. Whatever his reasoning may have been, Sadaam needed to go. Of course I support the troops. It would be nice if we had some general idea of when we can expect to stop sending people over there though, yet I understand why we don't.
It's frustrating.

I am with both of ya'll. I support the President and I am truely glad that Saddam is outta there, but I sure wish the troops could come home. I think that he did the right thing by going into Iraq. Saddam was a threat and we ALL know it.

Not wanting to sound controversial, but I dont support the war or the way it was brought about. I do support the troops though, and I think that pulling out without finishing the job would do more harm than good.

It's a tricky subject to comment on - I cant talk to df about it as our opinions differ and he's very passionate about his views. I'm always scared that he'll bite my head off!
