I whipped this marinade together this morning and let the steak marinate in the fridge all day. It was delicious!
One flank steak 1 - 2 lbs.
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 large garlic cloves minced
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp pepper
Set oven to broil. Place steak on broil pan or rack so that the steak will not sit in it's juices while cooking. Broil on each side for 6 - 9 minutes. Slice against the grain after letting steak rest for 5 minutes. Can also be cooked on the grill ;) We had it with steamed veggies and brown rice, so good!
