Oh boy, I'm quite nervous today. Yesterday my husband said this guy at work was complaining saying some other guy had give him this baby Boa snake and that he didn't want it and wanted to get rid of it. Well, so the snake wouldn't end up on the street my husband said he'd take it off his hands. I kinda freaked when he told me yesterday, but he really wants this snake, so its coming home today. The Boa is still a baby, only about 12", but I know it will grow. Now I'm really nervous, is it possible for a snake and 2 piggies to live in the same household in harmony?? Obviously they would be in different rooms, but that still makes me nervous. And then what is more heartbreaking is knowing that snakes are meat eaters, and I know they EAT small furry creatures. I HATE the idea of having to feed a snake a little mouse :no , I didn't even want to kill little mice when they were running around my house. There has to be a way to feed a snake some other raw meat other than dead mice right? Anyone know anything about Boas? Ayayay, there has to be a way for this to work :ohno
