I have a question...well, actually a few of them for you guys:

Did you ever suffer from PPD?
How long did it take you to recover?
What helped you recover?

I'm asking because I'm moving to Alaska to be with DH in 16 days...my daughte is now 6 months old, and I'm still suffering from PPD. I have a job here in SC, but when I move to AK, I'll be a full-time SAHM, and I'm worried that I might not adjust too well to the switch.
