How do I raise it up to the next level?

On the backs of the white parts where the level # is displayed there is a big blue button push it and pull up. Make sure you do both fronts at once and then both backs.

I dont have those levels...There is 2 green buttons on the thing, 1 on each front side. I can't pull it up :shrug

I bought a jumperoo but haven't set it up since it'll be a long time still before I need it so I don't know how to do it. But here is the link to the directions if you don't have them anymore then it might help. ok.. I have the newer one but I'll tell you how mine works and see if it's the same for you... if you look under the seat at the 4 corners where the straps go into the plastic you'll see there is a little metal bar thing where the straps go over... you turn the bar to the side on each one, pull the strap off and pull the strap down into the slot until you get the the next level and slide it back over the bar. I dunno if that makes sense...
