One of my favorite fall kitchen activities is baking pumpkin seeds.
Just boil the seeds for about five minutes, drain, spread the seeds out on a cookie sheet and sprinkle them with seasoning. Bake at 250° for 30 to 60 minutes. Enjoy! :D :hungry :cloud9

Oh my goodness. I have never boiled them first, but I have never made seeds that I was happy about either. I will try boiling them next time! I am glad you shared this one. Thanks. :)

I love pumpkin seeds! I usually soak them in salt water before baking them.. I'll have to try boiling them this year. Thanks for the tip!

I guess seasoning would help the flavor. I always leave seasoning out of stuff.
