You can choose their templates or custom make it. I'll have to take a picture of mine when I can. I custom made mine, with a flag in the background and a plane along with all of my wording.

It was $50.00 for a 3X8 vinyl banner with grommets for hanging. I'll be able to use this year after year because it's of great quality.

I made it pretty generic it just says, "Welcome Home Daddy!" and then below the plane it says, "We Missed You"-that way I can reuse it.
