Do you use military or civilian?

I used a civilian, and I really really liked him (first time in my life having a MALE OB too)!

We use military. We also stay in family practice instead of going to ob/gyn.

military... I can't have a civilian unless we have tricare standard and we can't afford it.

military. We live on base and the hospital is on base so it's more convenient, but I wish I would've chosen a civilian off base. I can't get in touch with the people here.

For pregnancy I have a civlian OB. And I love em. For regular OB stuff when not pregnant I see the military.

Lexi was military (Balboa in SD) and JD and Sarah were both civi docs. I loved my civi OB's.

Military and she's great she was recomended by my other OB/GYN military doc when she PCSed so I knew I could trust her....Although I've had my bad share of bad military gyns but now I'm really careful

Civilian because he was civilian with the first one, civilian with this one because Groton doesnt have OB on base.

i had a military doc in the start of my pregnancy... actually never saw a real doctor.. it sucks......... at 5 montsh we moved to Ft Lee and they don't have major medical so I needed to find a cilivian... I did my research and I had the greatest doctor in the world!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! best hospital!!!!!!!!!! perfect birthing experience!! loved it!! Then we move to Ft Hood and they were ful on post so I was referred off post. SHE SUCKS!!! But I only have to go for yearly. Hopefully when DH gets back from Iraq we will get preoog but will leave Hood soon after so I wont have to give birth here.

The only one born while married to military is John and I had a civi for him cause we are out in the middle of nowhere and we only have a clinic on base.

I've always seen civi docs for everything. Even when I had medical insurance through the military I saw civi docs. Except for when I was really little, my Pop was a doc for the Navy, so I had no choice.

When I was pregnant, my OB was military.

:sadeyes I'm guessing since DH is a corpsman that he wants me to use military, but I was kind of attached to my civilian OB/GYN.

mine have both been civilians, but they're at the navy base so I guess they'd be considered "military"...I loved both of them.

With Ashtin i had a military doc. with Gavin I had a cicilian doc. If we are able to have another the next one will be delivered by a civilian doc. we live too far from base.
