So are there any other vegetarians here? I was wondering if anyone had any creative recipes, i am so boring with my food. I would love to do something fun:)

I have been thinking of becoming a vegetarian while dh is gone. It will be easier that way. I will be in my routine for when he comes home. We have talked about me going hat route and he is ok with it. He said he will try some of my food but he still wants his steak. I am fine with that because steak is by far not my favorite.

So I would love to get some recipes.

I am not totally vegetarian since we do eat chicken & turkey but I do make a lot of vegetarian meals. I can post some recipes if you'd like! ;)

I'm semi veggie - being a student for 8yrs, it was cheaper to go without meat. I never really got out of the habit! I have a recipe for risotto that you might like. It's a portugese recipe and lets you use any veg you want (good when you're trying to clear the fridge!)

Vegetarian Times (of course), Cooking Light and Eating well have good recipes. You can totally be a veggie gourmet.

I've been wanting to become a Vegetarian too, since dh is going on his 6 monther soon, then that would be the perfect time, I dont think he will ever become one though, he loves meat.

We aren't complete vegetarians. We just don't eat red meat. We only eat chicken and turkey; chicken mostly but we'll go days without eating it and turkey only at holidays.

Im not a vegitarian, but I love fruits and veggies, so I have tons of recipes. What are you searching for? I have a lot of casserole type dishes that use just veggies.
