I drink hot every morning and sometimes at night. When I was in school I would drink hot tea at night and it would help me to relax and wind down before bed. This baby seems to like it, too, cause it soothes my stomach in the morning. Right now we are liking the peppermint. I feel so Christmasy when I'm drinking it.
