trying to make dinner with what I have! don't have the van today, and didn't make it to the store this weekend ! HELP!

well i dont think i have heard of meatloaf patties but i did post a Weight Watcher Meatloaf recipe.

I did! Sorry, I didn't see this earlier.

1 package of ground beef or turkey
1 egg
1/4 cup of prepared tomato soup
15 ritz crackers crushed
Onion to taste

Just mix it all up really good and then form into 4 or 5 patties and fry up like hamburgers. Really good with fried potatoes. If you have a big enough pan you can fry up the potatoes in with the meat loaf. I shake Tony Chacheries over it all when I'm cooking it.

Oh i hate meatloaf. It's like spam to me.
