Hi everyone, I'm BRAND new at all of this!! I'm an Army girlfriend and I just joined today! We're heading towards "Army Wife" but not yet! I've been through one deployment already and we're just kinda hanging out til the next one! My bf is reserves not active duty, but he's thinking about going career! Just wanted to say hi!

hi I am an Army wife of 41/2 years. My husband is deployed right now to Iraq and we are anticipating his homecoming in about 21/2 months. we have two boys ages 3 and 16 months. We are stationed at Fort Wainwright Alaska..we will be leaving here at the end of the year. Hoping to be sent to Fort Hood AGAIN!!!..well take care I just wanted to say hi. :thumbsup

Now I'm new to this ^_^ I've been friends w/Michael for 2 years but I thought he was kidding about joining back when he was 18. When he made a joke about it I told him I'd laugh if he died on duty. Now he's my fiance XD Anyway I'm new to the army life. I don't live on any base yet. I'm still in HS. When he comes back he and I are going to be in Fort Drum and we'll most likely have on base housing and all that good stuff. :P I might end up having a lot of questions..just giving a warning in advance. ^_^ Though I've started teaching myself things in his absence (I want to show him how knowledgeable I've become!)

I'm a new Army gf. I am in Oklahoma working on my degree, and he's currently "relaxing" at Ft. Hood, in Texas. We are looking at a deployment in the near future...ie, August, I believe. Just recently, he has started using the "r" word...."reenlistment" lol....and I'm fine with that. I mean, hey, as long as he's happy, I'll back whatever decision he chooses to make. :lovestruck
