I think there's something wrong with our internet though. I have my security to medium-high. Should it be lower? Brandi 10-22-2006, 05:16 PM Have you cleared your cache (temp internet files) lately? Sometimes if that's full, the pages won't load certain images. :dunno Cher 10-22-2006, 05:23 PM Have you cleared your cache (temp internet files) lately? Sometimes if that's full, the pages won't load certain images. :dunno I cleared my cache last night and I thought it fixed the problem, but then it started to happen to me again. What's weird is that 3 or 4 of them will show up while all the others have that little red "x". I talked to Russ about it and he's having some of the same problems on his computer now too. Our internet connection has been pretty crappy since we moved here, so I'm thinking that is the problem :mumble JudyB 10-22-2006, 05:39 PM Hey Cher...it's just you:teehee ...just jkn!! I get that problem sometimes too and my smilies will go crazy also..sometimes it is just a matter of restarting the computer or even cutting the power to the internet for a few minutes and starting things back up again...the internet here just has a really crappy connection unfortunately SezzySue 10-22-2006, 06:27 PM its really your decision. not sure what mine is, but i know i don't have any problems on the military computer when they would have the higher security settings. it could be your internet though Cher 10-23-2006, 12:55 PM Hey Cher...it's just you:teehee ...just jkn!! I think I'm just going to have to deal with my smileys not working very well until I get back to Cali though. Darn cable modem :club (<--- see a few of them work ... hehe). |
