So this will be my first homecoming to go too..I wanted to ask any of you ladies that has been to one befor,What is it like? Yall were talking about signs..Are you supposed to make signs ofr them? I am confused?

I always decorate the house and once in a while the kids would make a sign. I say the less you have to tote on the pier the better. Last time we took balloons only because it was a HUGE homecoming and it was pretty much the only way dh could find us. Some bases have rules against balloons so you'd have to check w/your base.

I think I might just decorate the hotel a little..Do you think that would be better? Gahh I dont know what to do..I am like in the dark on this!

It's all up to you how much you want to do. I didn't have signs or anything like that for DH when he got back. There really isn't a right or wrong way to do this
