okay, so my boyfriend sent me his account and password for his AKO account. i found the website to sign into it, but i guess im putting the format in it worng or something. my SO doesnt have access to a comp right now, and his orders for after christmas are apparently sent to his AKO now so his duty station should be there and he wants me to tell him. but i cant figure this out. what format do i put it in (ie SOfirstname.SOlastname2@us.army.mil) or is it with a coma between the first and last name.. do i even put the @ part into it? PLEASE HELP!!!:freakout

its kinda what im asking, to tell you the truth im pretty much asking everything on how to access it because jake says i have the info i need to get into it so i can tell him his station, but i just cant figure it out, like you click login and the login window comes up, then i put in the name and password, but it wont log me in, that same window just keeps coming up as if i put something invalid in (i thought i was putting in exactly what he told me)

If you can't get in, I know for the ARMY there's a phone number you can call to listen to orders...

and he is ARMY... whats that number?

I've seen the post before about it though.

i am not sure about AKO, but when DH logs on to NKO, he does firstname.lastname and then his password. hopefully someone knows or has the # you can call.

Just a thought on a lot of military web sites you will have to disable your pop up blocker. You might want to try this if it keeps kicking you back. Good luck in finding the information that you are trying to get!!!

not sure if they are like the Navy but we can't check it from any computer it has to be a computer that takes the CAC...
