I think whoever is the first to make up their mind. My sister-in-law proposed to my brother... And he admitted that he never would have had the guts to do it! But now they're happy and well, they're saving up money so they can have a baby! (Her Tubes are tied)

I proposed to my husband...I don't think it matters who proposes.

I am ready whenever he is. I wouldnt mind proposing, but he's not ready. so when he's ready he'll do the asking. plus if i were to propose I wouldnt get to flaunt the ring lol

Personally, I'm happy I was proposed to rather than proposing. I like to stick to tradition. But if a woman wants to propose, I say that she has some guts! I'd be too scared.
