At what week do you normally start getting your cervix checked for dialation at your doctor appointments?

Savannah and Gabe I started getting checked at 27 weeks. but they were trying to come early.

Chris, I wasnt checked for the first time till i was 37 weeks.

It was at my 38 week appointment and I had my membranes stripped at my 40 week...I had her the next day!

i never got check. just a personal choice for me.

37 weeks most doctors do

With Ashtin I saw a military Doc. and he checked me the day before my due date.

I saw a civi doc with Gavin and he checked me at 36 weeks.

They checked me around 36 weeks, but then I went in to labor about a week later.

My Dr's started checking me at 37 weeks (when you start weekly appts usually)

My Dr at NAS Jax started checking me at 36 weeks :)

my doc checked me at 35 weeks...but i went into false labor for almost 2 hours the night before, so i think that was why, and i think she did it cuz she was doing to strep b test and i already had my pants off. lol. but i am glad she did, cuz they found out that i was dialated a cintameter and they had me start doing weekly appts. but i'm not quite 37 weeks now and they are already talking about stripping my membranes.....that kinda scares me. i think it really depends on whats been going on in your pregnancy. like if you are showing any signs of early labor.

typically 37 weeks but if you are contracting earlier they check you before that.
