for the last 4 days, i've had this strange heavy feeling, almost like mild cramping... "down there" that's not like period cramps. it's starting to annoy me :(

"down there" that's not like period cramps. it's starting to annoy me :( JudyB 11-11-2006, 11:03 AM I found something in regards to ovulation...I can't remember having any pain, cramping, etc while I was TTC'ng...but it was more like lower ab that they are talking about, so I am not sure if that helps..but here it is Lower abdominal discomfort. There are women actually can feel when their bodies are ovulating. The feelings are said to range from mild aches to severe pain, and can last from a short minute up to a couple of hours. I hth... Usually the ovulation pains last only a few hours but since your off your BC now your whole body is adjusting itself and that could explain why your feeling is lasting a bit longer Rach 11-11-2006, 11:32 AM I'm not sure but I know for me, sometimes when I'm ovulating- that uncomfortable feeling can last me a few days, not just one or two... When I was pregnant I got a LOT of cramping (less then before a period) but lasted util I found out i was pregnant. it was things starting to grow.
