I'm pro choice, I don't believe that I could ever do it, but I know some women that could and have, and I don't think anyone should be able to judge them for it.

I don't believe in abortion, but I do think that if a mother's life is in danger or rape/incest occurs that it may be ok. I think that too many use it as birth control - and it sickens me.

I think when pregnant women use an abortion for that purpose it's wrong...but I think it's it for a good reason then yes, although I still don't think the choice should be taken away from them.

Ditto.

After having a child myself, I could never do such a thing and having to live with the guilt for the rest of my lift. Just thinking about it makes my tummy cringe, but given the circumstances, its a little different.

Pro-choice. I don't think that the gov't should have the right to tell a woman what she can and can not do.

That's how I feel. Women died so that we could have the right to choose, the right to vote etc. To reverse that would be to take a huge step backwards.

I'm pro-choice. I don't think I could personally have an abortion, but I think women should have the right to choose. I just don't believe the govt (which is made up by a majority of men) should have the right to legislate something like this.

Pro-choice. Keep your laws off my body. Most abortions are not done for birth control. The choice to have one is horrifically emotional on the woman and is not a decision made lightly.

Personally, having watched 2 of my closest friends go through abortions (they were forced by their parents since we were in high school), I could never handle the emotional repercussions. It's an option though that needs to be made available. Who is the government to decide what a woman can or cannot do w/her body?

i don't think a woman should have an abortion unless she is in danger, it was incest, rape...basically the last option.

I am pro life to an extent, if that makes any sense. In cases of rape, incest, and the mother's life in danger, I believe it should be allowed. Using it as a birth control in my opinion is not right. Use the pill, condom, or another form for birth control.

the women should have to right to do what she wants, its her life, not the governments.

I think that if we say its illegal I think women are going to find worse ways to have an abortion. That or go through the pregnancy and we will be finding more dead new borns in trash cans (which has happened.. it was just on oprah!!) I learned while in high school a woman used a coat hanger... Yeah so PRO CHOICE

I feel that in certain cases (medical, rape, ect), abortion would be OK....I mean, I'm all for other women having the right to chose, but there is only one choice for me, and that's pro-life.
I personally believe that life begins at conception and it's taking a life just as much as if that child were just a newborn...no ifs, ands, or buts. But I can't tell anyone else what to do....that's just how I feel.

I've had friends who know I'm pro-life, but have had abortions for various reasons....far be it from me to judge them. I simply tried to help them make the right choice, and was there with them, no matter what.

I am for it in certain circumstances....life in dangeer, the fetus has died, rape, incest....other than that I am prolife. Now..I have known people to have abortions otherwise and that is there choice...I will not pass judgement on others choices

I am pro-choice. I don't think personally I could do it..however I'm not sure because I've never been in the circumstance. I think it is a couple's decision and a personal one that no one should take my right to choose what I do with MY body. I don't think we need to be making choices for others.

I'm pro choice. I don't think any government official has the right to tell me what to do with my body. Although I could never have an abortion. I'll say it again..if I'm old enough to have sex..I'm old enough to have the responsiblities of it. I only think abortion is right in certian cases. In my job I see a whole lot that really scares me.

i think its crude and tasteless that a man has absolutely no say if a woman gets one or not, yet if the woman carries the baby to full term he must still pay child support without his say...

i am pro life, i think a child is the biggest gift anyone could receive on this planet, in the state of MN, if a woman is killed while prego it is considered a double murder, and abortion is not legal here as well, same if a woman kills her own baby in utero..

i have a friend who had 3 abortions within a year because she didn't want her mom to look down upon her...

there are always alternatives, and in the end, its the woman's conscience to pay, she will have to live the rest of her life knowing she killed an innocent child..

I'm pro-life all the way, but I've sat with a couple of friends who have had abortions for different reasons....

I tried to talk them into alternatives, but in the end, I couldn't change their minds....but I was still there. Far be it for me to look down my nose at someone because their choices are different from the ones I would make.

i have a friend who had 3 abortions within a year because she didn't want her mom to look down upon her...

i do NOT support it as a form of BC... use a condom... or dont have sex. thats just wrong....

i know its your friend im sorry if i offended, but personally i wanted to make a point that not all pro-choice people support stupidity ... wait... yea.. i guess i was mean again..
