I have so many favorite authors, its just not funny!!! One series of books I would definitley recommend to anyone is the Sword of Truth series by Terry Goodkind. Seriously good books!!!!! Its a bit of fantasy type, but is really engaging. I'm on book 4 or 5 (can't rmember) but can't read it because I don't have it yet. I'm fighting trying to convince myself not to get it from the library....arrgg!!!

Ok, well, there's my two cents!

I don't read much fiction to have a favorite author other than authors like John Steinbeck, Charles Dickens, and Ernest Hemingway. I tend to follow a genre rather than an author with my reading choices. For fiction I like the classics and historical novels. I did enjoy the Left Behind series as well.
