I sent an e-mail to Brandi but she might not have got it. I bought Jewel membership on Tuesday via pay-pal. I have the confirmation and everything and the money is out of my account but I don't have my banner or none of the priveledges. What do I need to do?

It looks like you paid with an echeck which normally takes 2-3 business days to clear with paypal. Right now, it's showing as pending. As soon as it clears, everything will automatically update.

Oh ok- I could have sworn that I did it by credit card since both of my info is saved. How do I switch it and keep it recurring until I want to pay lump sum?

If you go into your paypal account and click on that transaction, you should see an option to cancel the echeck. Once you cancel the echeck, just go back into your usercp here on the site, choose the paypal option, then it should walk you through everything and show you the different forms of payment you can use. Do you currently have a credit card listed on your paypal account? And is it set as your primary funding source? Once you go through the steps for the jewel membership, paypal should prompt you to choose your source of funding and give you the option to choose a different method if you wish you use something other than your default (which may be echeck). OK thanks Brandi- I just went through PayPal and the e-check isn't due to clear til the 28th. So I will follow your directions and fix that. I guess this is why people don't like paypal that much.
