my husband is in bootcamp in Great Lakes and I was planning on moving up there when he graduates b/c his a-school is there also...then I just recently received a letter from him saying I might not be able to move up there at all...When in A-school he has to see if he can get a waiver to live with his family...how likley is it that he gets this waiver? and why am I not able to move up there ? (he wasnt to clear about that).

How long is his A-school? He might have just meant that they won't pay to move you (If he'll be there less than 6 months they won't) and/or that he won't be able to live with you since I think they're still pretty strict with them at school. At least this is my understanding... my dh's still in boot camp, too.

Yeah the school isn't long enough so they won't send you there.
And like said above they want them focusing on school not worried about things at home etc...
