Pancit is filipino noodles??
I used to eat it all the time back home but now that's a distant memory :(
I have been craving it so bad lately!

i forgot what kind of noodles they put in there.. we do have a filipino store here, if i had it then i could easily make it.

They're really easy to find! They sell it at our Commys here. They're normally in a square plastic-wrapped package. It's see-through, so the yellowish noodles are seen easily. :)
Here's a recipe I found online. My Lola passed away last year so I can't ask her for the recipe. :(

well my hubby is half filipino and his dad cooked us some when they came over for the birth of our son and i think that was the first time i had it and i loved it. his dad cooked it really good too, when my hubby made it , it wasnt quite as good, but today my hubby said they had a pot luck at his office and one of the guys wives is filipino and she made them a big batch of pancit and my hubby said it was even better than his dads LOL. i need him to make it again for me.

Well I broke down and make Pancit tonight for dinner...right from this recipe and it was sooooooooo yummy...I didn't add the shrimp nor the pork though I just did all chicken and dh loved it...thanks for the recipe!!!
yeah im gonna get my hubby to make this for dinner one day this week. it is good and its a easy recipe to make too.
