did you experience any hip or back pain after giving birth? if i lay flat on my back sometimes it hurts or if i sit a certain way it hurts :dunno

It's very normal. All your joints shifted and moved to let her out.

I had a C-section but I still have back pain! I think its normal for your back to hurt because you were carrying so much weight!! I had my baby 11 months ago and it still hurts!

hopefully you will have eveyrthing settle back soon. I know it was so wierd to me felt like my body was no longer put together right!

It'll take awhile for your body to get back to normal. They say usually a full year or so for all your organs, muscles, and the like to heal etc.

I'd bring it up tho at your 6 week Post Partum checkup!
