2 sticks of cream cheese
Italian Seasoning
Grated Parmesan Cheese
Mozzarella Cheese
A jar of Pizza Sauce
Loaf of Italian Bread
Olive/Vegetable Oil
Pie Tin
Baking Pan
Pre-heat oven to 400*
Mix the cream cheese and Italian seasoning together until it is soft then scoop into the pie tin and smooth out. Next add a layer of mozzarella cheese and parmesan followed by a layer of pizza sauce and meat (pepperoni/sausage) if you choose. Finally, another layer of mozzarella cheese and cover with tin foil! Bake for 20 mins or until cheese is melted.
Meanwhile….
Cut the bread into bite size pieces and place in pan. Brush the oil onto the bread and place in oven until crisp (around 5 mins)
