Nope... he wasn't allowed off work for most of my OB appointments, has only been to 2 of Cam's drs. appointments as well. I'm used to it by now...

My hubby comes to all of mine. we make them later in the day so he can come. After lossing Ethan I wont go alone incase of bad news.

nope, hes a full time student so he cant just take time off. Its nobiggie though....they are basic and fast so he isnt missing anything...its our third baby, he knows the routine!

He came to all of mine but then decided he didn't want to be there when they did an internal exam. He just stepped out while they did it.

I haven't had a child yet and I'm not married but I would like, if it's possible, to have Mike go to all of them. Not only because it's important to me for him to be there, but also he knows a great deal about medical things, and could be a second opinion and explain things to me.

He came to all of Ethans appts but now he takes off work and stays home with Ethan because my Dr runs late alot and theres nothing for him (Ethan) to do there

It means he took a crap, dumbass, that's what it means! :lmao But he is very interested in it all so I am thankful for that!

When I was prego, he tried to go, but I knew he didnt want to be there. For women I think its a big deal for theor partners to be with them to share everything they can.

when i was pregnant matthew was only able to go to the very first two which was a blood test and the second one was just paper work. he would have went to them all if he hadn't have been deployed. now when i have to go to the doc he tries to take off and i try to schedule them late in the day so he can make it to them.

He only made it to 2 appointments.

With DD, he couldn't, because he was in Tech School....before he left for Tech School, he went with me to my first one, and for my second one, they gave me an ultrasound so he could see the baby before he left.
I think with this one, he wants to.

John came to several of mine when he could get off. He was there for the important ones, so that's all that mattered to me :)

DH went to the important ones and one of the short ones. it was a long trip for a 15 minutes appt. i didn't even want to go, but it was harder for me to get out of it. :P

well he tries goes to all of them but i think he missed one. like if he has duty or something on that day he tells me that i have to change my appt:teehee ! but i think that is the one time he missed it, but it was just a regular appt!lol......he just doesn't want to miss anything!

With my daughter's he was gone for almost all Doc appts. He has only ever seen 2 ultra sounds and that is it.

All I care about is him being there for the birth!!! :D

Well......obviously I'm not pregnant, but I voted anyways :teehee my ex H and my dh went to EVERY OB appt. and u/s with me and my ex H went to every pedi. appt. until we got divorced, Brian has only been to 2 pedi. appts. with me for Emilee, but it's hard for him to get off of work for those now.

I voted other. Because I know Dh would be there in a heartbeat if he wasn't in Cuba for the first 4 and the big ultrasound. He will be there for the January appt and every one he can get to after that. I have always had a girlfriend with me everytime that he wasn't there though.

Yeppers..He has been to most of my TTC/Gyno appts so far..He plans on going to every visit when we (knocking on wood) get pregnant too. He said since it's his baby also he wants to be involved in everything..

ditto! he tried to with Jaxon and even with Shelby sometimes but he didn't go to ANY of them for my preg with Hunter... except the one big ultrasound.

He will be at as many as humanly possible to be at... Since it will be a civi dr Im sure I can make them for later in the afternoon after he gets off at 1:30. He says he will be there especially for the big ones! (L)

Jason missed every one with Madison because of C school and then being in DG. I tried to schedule my appointments around his work schedule when I was pregnant with Hayden and he only missed a couple, they were the boring ones anyhow :hehe.

yes but he works at the hospital so its not that hard to get off work

No, I go alone, unless I *need* him there. Before I got preggo, I had and wanted Bryan to come with me when I got my colposcopy done. When I went to the ER the other night for Ethan, Bryan was surely by my side. Now if he was on duty, that may be a different story...

ETA: When it came to my pregnancy appts, he was there 95% of the time. I always scheduled them on non-duty days. :)

Jason made it to Every appt with Blake and only missed 1 of Jers cause he was underway.

When I was pregnant, my DH came to all my doctor's appts, when the boat wasn't out on det. The boat was in the middle of work-ups during my pregnancy, so he was gone alot, but when he was home he came with me to everything. :D

When he's here he comes with me. We have one car, so he has to leave work anyway.

Joe only went to the last couple appointments with me when I was preggo with Mara. He was in A/C school in Great Lakes and I was living with my parents in Texas. With Morgan he only went to the one where my doctor put in all his information for his vasectomy (that we never went through with), my 20 week ultrasound, and then at the end for my amnio. He's never gone to a Well Baby/Child check with me for either of the girls.

DH always made it to all my OB appointments since he didn't want me driving. Now that we have Austin he comes to most since I need him to watch Austin.

DH went to as many as he could. all of my pregnancies were high risk and so I had a lot of appts. he just couldnt get time off for all of them.. he tried though :)

I never asked him and always made the appointments around my other kids school schedules so it wasnt a big deal if he didn't come. He was always there for all three's big ultrasounds. He does go to the kids appointments if we have a major concern.

When I was Preggo DH wanted to come but was at school in FL and couldnt make it to any... But I think next time he will be here and can go...
