If my soldier will be stationed in Kentucky for his job, would it be okay to fly out there and see him for a couple of days, because I know that sometimes he is able to go out on the weekends? I was planning maybe I could go over there for spring break or something like that whenever I get out of school. I dont know I asked my soldier he said he still has to find out but I was just asking if anyone on here knew about it...

I would go only if you know he will have time off....

It depends on what he is doing there and if he will definitely have time off. If he can get leave, go for it! It also depends on his rank and command, some of them do not allow leave/visits at certain times.

Is he at ft.campbell ?

yea Ft. Campbell im pretty sure thats where he will be stationed at. his brother used to be stationed there too, and i think that both him and his brother will be deployed to iraq around the same time this november!
