okay ladies what are the absolute essentials i need to put down on my list, we have a blender, a george foreman grill, a vacuum, that's about it for sure, what else is absolutely imperative...i've found a nice set of pots/pans at foley's that i put on my list and i found a nice knife set i think at target. we have a t.v. and dvd and vcr. any help would be great thanks
dishes and flatwear?? i know that my mom ALWAYS buys peoples dishes when they are on their registry, she is a freak...
Bathroom stuff like towels, shower curtain, hooks, soap dish, tooth brush holder, ect.
For the kitchen: gadgets like spatulas, can opener, plastic spoons to cook with, pot holders, trivets, cookie sheets, cake pans, casserole dishes, glasses, paper towel holders, ect
For the bedroom: sheets, comforter, nice pillows, blankets, lamps, ect
Gift cards are always nice as well
also thought of frames for pictures of loved ones

are you doing your bridal registey cause if you are i know it doesnt sound fun but my mom gave me a great idea to do a gift card shower because im going from philly to virigina and i already have so much stuff ill have to move so this way i can buy all my stuff down there so i dont have to have more stuff to transport down there and then write a thank you and tell the person who got you the gift card what you got with it. plus your still gonna have people who give you gifts also. and another thing you'll definatly know what you need once you get down there.hope this helped!

target has a great list in their registry section on their website, it goes through pretty much everything! Lots of stuff you don't think of right off hand too....HTH :)

Target! That is where i did mine. And it was so easy and everything was really my taste and what i was looking for.

I did mine at Target and Bed Bath and Beyond. I just used the Bed Bath and Beyond list to make up mine and left out the things I really didn't care about and knew I wouldn't use right away. I've got a long way to move so I don't want to worry about all of it!

I did mine at Target also. I would say containers to store food, flat wear, silverweare, stuffs for the bathroom, knives.
