My cousin lives in Gig Harbor and I am going to go see her on Sun or Mon. If some of you are interested in meeting up for breakfast/brunch on Sun, we're going to go then. But if not, I'll just come up on Mon. I talked with Brenda today and she's going to let me know if that's a go for her. But I wanted to see if anyone else would be interested before I chose what day!

So Sunday, somewhere in Gig Harbor, like around 10am or so....:)

Bringing your son is fine! My daughter (and husband) will be with!

Once we get some more replies we can figure out where to go. I have no idea whats there to eat, so feel free to suggest a place!

Brenda said its about 25 min or so from Bremerton?

I'm coming from Vancouver, which is about 3 hrs from Bremerton, so if we could meet in Gig Harbor, that would be great!

I would love to get together and see you! This time, it will be longer than saying hi and bye at the Naval hospital that one time :P

I am having my wisdom teeth removed on Friday, so I have to see how I am feeling by Sunday or Monday ;)

I will check with my husband and make sure he doesn't have plans.

If Sarah is feeling better I will try and drag her with me.

Woohoo.... let me know what you're in the mood for and I can reccommend half a dozen places.

Unfortunately... I have to work on Sunday from 11-4 so I'm not sure I can make it :(

Let's see... there's a great coffee house called Le Bistro (my friend's grandparents own it)... but it's kinda tiny and pretty expensive.... and parking sucks.

There's Kelly's.... which is kind of a fun little place downtown... it's a bit "eclectic" (definitely not fine-dining) but they serve awesome food.. it's not terribly expensive, it's family friendly, and they have a breakfast buffet and a coffee bar (and you guys could walk across the street and visit me in my little gift shop!! hehe)

There's also the Harvester... they're decently priced... but I think the youngest person I've seen there was maybe 85?

And the Sunset Grill which may be a bit hard to find... but their food is decent. It's also another "senior" hang-out.

I'll have to think some more... those are the three that came to mind.... I don't usually go to breakfast.

I reccommend Kelly's. It's definitely kid-friendly. There's a couch and TV... and all kinds of stuff on the walls to look at. It's a remodeled toystore-turned-restaurant that's been in the harbor for years.

Just don't expect fine-dining... :teehee It looks a little divey... but the food is delicious.

Harbor Rock is pretty good... I don't know why I didn't think about that. I've never eaten breakfast there. But they have really good wraps!!

Sorry ladies, but we're not going to make it!

His co-workers suggested we not go up there this weekend if we just had snow & ice b/c of the pass and we'd prob need chains. So we'll have to make it for another weekend!

I am determined that eventually Gabby and Morgan will meet! And they can do what all 9 months old do, stare and try to eat each others hands. :D
