try top ramen (and drain the water), mix the "sauce/broth" separately and then nuke some frozen veggies in the broth ... dump over the ramen...

or i'd make ramen, drain the water completely, and mix with chicken or ground beef or something...

i lived off top ramen in college... but the trick is to mix it up with veggies, meat, etc. to make it more of a full, well balanced meal.

i also liked to eat top ramen with melted cheese... MMMmm :)

now im craving some. GREATTTT lol :)

I used to make rice and mix it with beans (black beans or kidney beans) a lot...it was easy to make in a hot pot, cheap, and somewhat healthy.

What about using a crockpot? You can purchase a single person crock pot and make lots of things in there. Throw things in there in the morning....done by noon.

White beans -n- ham....yum. Just as it says. Get cubed ham and a can of white beans and mix together cook eat over rice or those noodle things.

Just experiment.
:wink

Yeah my DH adds egg's to his ramen noodles..he doesn't add the seasoning packet and I think he leaves the water in it...it is his egg drop soup...it isn't that bad tasting.
