I went back to read her post and find the best rated car seat for the baby Im going to have and this is what the site said!!

Apparently they didnt do the tests right so they are currently redoing them!! Or at least thats what I gathered from it!

Apparently the contracted out to do the testing and didn't do it themselves. I also remember hearing something about the speed being closer to 70 mph than 35, but on that point, that's what most people go on the highway so it would be important for me to have it tested at that speed.
