how hard do you think it would be to make crib bedding? Like blanket, sheet, pillow, shirt? I'm sure I could get a solid bumper b/c those would be hard to make I think. How much you think someone would charge to make it?

:rofl I keep stopping by the fabric dept at wallyworld looking at their patterns debating if I want to attempt to make one for Sylas. :giggle

Which reminds me I still need to hit up Joann's. :duh

LOL no rush. I really want to have a crib set made for Landen just b/c I'm not willing to pay and ass load of money for something he'll lay on and puke on. Plus I"m picky and I can't find anything I like.

I feel ya. I was dead set on picking out a set, even found one we loved to find out out later it was discontinued. he hardly sleeps in his bed, more in ours now and I still want to make him one. I was thinking of making one with the Cars fabric that is out now

You dont have to pay a lot for bedding I got Kadens off Ebay and it is in perfect condition and was a $300 set. But as for making it I dont think it would be too hard. I know there is a woman on ebay that makes camoflauge crib bedding and she charges about $225 which I think is outragious IMPO. SO if your going to go the making it yourself route and your pretty handy then I would try it! Good Luck.

I think that would be cute to use the cars fabric.

I made Makaila's, it was blue too. We thought we were having a boy until she was born. :teehee
It is actually pretty simple. The bumper was the hardest part and still not to tough once you figure it out. Even though I say it was simple I never made a set for the boys, they acutally used Makaila's.

I made my first crib sheet not too long ago and it wasn't too difficult. I found the directions online.

My aunt made everything for my cousin Isabella. It wasn't very hard from what she told me.
