can someone please explain to me the different stages of ovulation? when do you ovulate? before or after your period? I've tried to look it up but I think it would be much easier to have one of you ladies explain it to me. TIA! :)

you ovulate approximately 14 days before teh end of your cycle. Your cycle starts with your period.

well the "average" with a 28 day cycle women ovulates between cycle day 14-18. your first cycle day (CD) starts the first day of your period. I am a 31 day cycle and I ovulate around cd 20.
