Ok My OB specialist that I am seeing ONLY delivers in a civilian hospital. Now triwest just told me that I will need another authorization to deliver in a civilian hospital.

My question is IF that authorization gets approved does Triwest cover ALL the cost or will I still have to pay a delivery fee???

ummm If the civi hosptial takes prime patients...then you shouldn't. I have to deliver in a civi hospital or at the birth center and it's all 100% covered. Didn't Triwest tell you? I would imagine they should have...
